Skip the Scraping: Why a Carport Is a Winter Must-Have

Winter is here, and with it comes cold weather and snow! To help our residents stay comfortable and avoid the hassle of scraping off snow, we want to highlight a great amenity: carports. Adding a carport to your account is a simple way to keep your vehicle protected all season long. A carport not only shields your car from snow and ice, but it also helps you save time and stay warm during your morning routine. Imagine starting your day without scraping frost off your windshield—this little upgrade can make a big difference in your winter experience. If you’d like to reserve a carport, simply contact the office and our team will be happy to help you secure one. Stay cozy, keep your car safe, and enjoy the convenience that comes with this resident perk!

Winter Prep 101: Understanding Snow Stakes on Our Property

As winter settles in and our community fills with festive decorations, we want to remind residents about an important safety note regarding our snow posts. These posts add a cheerful touch to the property, but it’s important to enjoy them from a distance. While they may look fun to touch or lean on, the snow posts are made of fiberglass. Fiberglass can easily splinter when handled, which may lead to uncomfortable or even painful injuries. We want to ensure everyone stays safe while enjoying the winter season around the community. Thank you, residents, for helping us maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Your care and cooperation make our community a wonderful place to live and celebrate all year long. Stay warm and stay safe!
