At Mesa Falls, there is always something that makes our community feel unique, and one of our favorite highlights has become two very special returning visitors. For the second year in a row, two hawks have made our property their home, and they have quickly become part of what makes living here so memorable. If you spend time walking around the community, heading to your car, or simply looking out your window, there is a good chance you may spot them. The hawks can often be seen flying low around the property, gliding through the air with ease. They are hard to miss, especially when you hear their calls echoing across the community. Their presence adds a little excitement and a touch of nature to everyday life. The pair seem to have picked a favorite spot on the property. They have made their home in a pine tree located near the garages, returning to the same area for the second year in a row. Residents have also noticed another favorite place they like to spend time: perched high on top of a telephone pole, keeping watch over everything below. From up there, they seem to have the perfect view of the community. It has been fun seeing residents point them out and share stories of spotting them around the property. There is something special about having wildlife become part of our community atmosphere. Even in the middle of busy schedules and everyday routines, these hawks give us a reminder to look up and enjoy the small moments around us. Grilling Season & Hot Tub Use — Safety & Community Reminders

As the weather warms up in Rexburg, our outdoor amenities at Mesa Falls Apartments are starting to get more use—and we love seeing residents enjoy them! Both the BBQ grills and hot tub are great ways to relax, unwind, and connect with neighbors during the spring and summer months. To keep these spaces safe and enjoyable for everyone, we ask that all residents follow a few important guidelines. Our BBQ grills are gas grills , which makes them quick and easy to use—but safety is still the top priority. Please never leave the grills unattended while they are in use, even for a short time. Always make sure the burner knobs are fully turned off after cooking and double-check that the grill is no longer running before stepping away. For everyone’s safety, please also keep children and pets at a safe distance from the grilling area. We also ask that residents clean up after themselves once they are finished using the BBQs. This includes wiping down grill surfaces when appropriate, disposing of any food waste properly, and leaving the surrounding area clean for the next resident to enjoy. Shared amenities rely on everyone doing their part, and it helps keep the space welcoming for all. In addition to the BBQ area, our hot tub is available for resident use and is a great place to relax after a long day. Please remember to wear clean swimwear when using the hot tub and be mindful of maintaining a clean and respectful environment for all residents. For health and safety reasons, no food or drinks are allowed in or around the hot tub area . As always, please supervise children closely and be considerate of noise levels so everyone can enjoy a relaxing experience.
