Why a Carport Is Worth It: Year-Round Benefits for Your Vehicle-image

When choosing an apartment, the little conveniences can make a big difference. One amenity that many residents appreciate is having a reserved carport. While it may seem like a simple addition, a carport provides comfort, convenience, and protection for your vehicle throughout the entire year. At Mesa Falls Apartments, residents have the option to rent a reserved carport for $15 per month. A covered parking space gives you a reliable place to park while helping protect your vehicle from Idaho’s changing weather. Protection Through Every Season Rexburg experiences all four seasons, and each one brings different challenges for vehicle owners. During the winter months, a carport can help protect your vehicle from snow and ice buildup. Having a covered parking space means less time spent scraping frost from your windshield or clearing snow before heading out for the day. During the warmer months, a carport provides shade and protection from direct sunlight. This can help keep your vehicle cooler and reduce some of the effects that prolonged sun exposure can have on your vehicle’s interior. A carport can also provide added protection from rain, wind, and other elements throughout the year, helping your vehicle stay cleaner and more protected. Convenience When You Need It Most A reserved carport is not just about protecting your vehicle—it’s about making everyday life a little easier. Having a consistent parking space means you know exactly where you’ll park when you come home, whether you’re returning after a busy day, carrying groceries, or unloading items from your vehicle. Small conveniences like covered parking can help make your daily routine smoother and your apartment experience more comfortable. A Simple Upgrade for Your Home At Mesa Falls Apartments, we want residents to have options that make their home more enjoyable. A carport is a simple upgrade that provides benefits all year long, from snowy winter mornings to sunny summer afternoons. If you are interested in adding a carport to your apartment, reach out to our leasing office for availability and pricing. We would be happy to help you find ways to make your Mesa Falls experience even better.

Our Returning Feathered Residents at Mesa Falls-image

At Mesa Falls, there is always something that makes our community feel unique, and one of our favorite highlights has become two very special returning visitors. For the second year in a row, two hawks have made our property their home, and they have quickly become part of what makes living here so memorable. If you spend time walking around the community, heading to your car, or simply looking out your window, there is a good chance you may spot them. The hawks can often be seen flying low around the property, gliding through the air with ease. They are hard to miss, especially when you hear their calls echoing across the community. Their presence adds a little excitement and a touch of nature to everyday life. The pair seem to have picked a favorite spot on the property. They have made their home in a pine tree located near the garages, returning to the same area for the second year in a row. Residents have also noticed another favorite place they like to spend time: perched high on top of a telephone pole, keeping watch over everything below. From up there, they seem to have the perfect view of the community. It has been fun seeing residents point them out and share stories of spotting them around the property. There is something special about having wildlife become part of our community atmosphere. Even in the middle of busy schedules and everyday routines, these hawks give us a reminder to look up and enjoy the small moments around us. Keep an eye out next time you're around Mesa Falls and our returning feathered residents may just fly by and say hello!
